The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join the Enniskinn team. This is a varied, customer-facing role at the heart of our brand — combining sales, gift curation, content creation, and hands-on involvement in the wider business as needed.

You will often be working independently, so we are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and takes real pride in delivering an excellent customer experience without needing to be supervised.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Sales & Experience

Deliver a warm, knowledgeable, and personalised customer experience in line with the Enniskinn brand

Actively engage customers, share product knowledge, and guide purchasing decisions

Build personalised gift boxes, curating product selections to suit individual customer needs and occasions

Handle transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system. 

General Retail Duties

Open and close the shop as required

Maintain shop presentation standards — merchandising, tidying, and restocking displays

Manage stock levels on the shop floor, flagging low stock to the team

Process deliveries and assist with stockroom organisation

Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally

Social Media & Content Creation

Capture photo and video content in-store and on location to support Enniskinn's social media channels

Create engaging, on-brand content that showcases our products, stories, and behind-the-scenes moments

Contribute ideas for content that reflects Enniskinn's values and aesthetic

Business Support (As Required)

Assist with order fulfilment — picking, packing, and dispatching online and wholesale orders

Support product sourcing activities, including researching suppliers or materials as directed

Assist with product manufacturing and preparation during busier periods

Work flexibly across different sites depending on business demand

About You

Confident working independently, with strong self-motivation and initiative

Genuinely passionate about Enniskinn products — an interest in natural, artisan, or locally made products is highly desirable

Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving small business or start-up environment

A natural communicator with a warm, engaging customer manner

Creative eye for content — comfortable behind a camera and active on social media

Flexible and adaptable — willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever needed

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in the quality of their work

Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential — the right attitude matters most
